evaluation and recommendation of various processes at the O. N.
Stevens Water Treatment Plant.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas:
Section 1. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute an
Interlocal Agreement with Texas A&M University — Kingsville for evaluation and
recommendation of various processes at the O. N. Stevens Water Treatment
Plant. Upon City Council approval and City Manager signature, a copy of the
fully executed Interlocal Agreement shall be filed with the Office of the City
Secretary.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately after its
adoption by the City Council.
