Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas:
Section 1. The City Manager, or City Manager's designee, is authorized to execute an
Interlocal Agreement with Texas A&M University -Corpus Christi regarding ongoing
community needs assessment. A copy of the Interlocal Agreement is attached and a
fully signed copy shall be filed with the office of the City Secretary.
