Control District Fund for "One-time" expenditures in the FY 2012-2013
operating budget; and changing the FY 2012-2013 operating budget
adopted by Ordinance No. 029577 by increasing appropriations by $85,000.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL. OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That $85,000 is appropriated from the unreserved fund balance in the
No. 9010 Crime Control District Fund for "One-time" expenditures in the FY 2012-2013
operating budget.
SECTION 2. That the FY 2012-2013 Operating Budget, adopted by Ordinance No.
029577, is changed by increasing appropriations by $85,000.

not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to annual appropriation
