Authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute all documents necessary to
accept a grant in the amount of $245,503.28 from Nueces County for funding
eligible under the FY2011 Department of Homeland Security Grant Program
Operation Stonegarden to reimburse fuel, overtime, fringe benefits, and equipment
expenditures for the Police Department's collaborative enforcement efforts with
Nueces County along routes of ingress and egress to including (but not limited to) U.
S, Highway 77 and State HY44; and appropriating the $245,503.28 in the No. 1061
Police Grants Fund.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute all documents necessary to
accept a grant in the amount of $245,503.28 from Nueces County for funding eligible under the
FY2011 Department of Homeland Security Grant Program Operation Stonegarden to reimburse
fuel, overtime, fringe benefits, and equipment expenditures for the Police Department's
collaborative enforcement efforts with Nueces County along routes of ingress and egress to
including (but not limited to) U. S, Highway 77 and State HY44.
SECTION 2. That $245,503.28 is appropriated in the No. 1061 Police Grants Fund.

below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has
