documents necessary to accept and appropriate a grant in the amount of
$83,495 from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in
Grant Fund No. 1059 for the 2011 Consolidated Annual Action Plan's
Emergency Solutions Grant Program.
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas:
Section 1. The City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute all documents
necessary to accept and appropriate a grant in the amount of $83,495 from the U.S.
Department of Housing and Urban Development in Grant Fund No. 1059, for the 2011
Consolidated Annual Action Plan's Emergency Solutions Grant Program. A copy of the
documents shall be filed in the Office of the City Secretary.
