Ordinance authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute all
documents necessary to accept a grant in the amount of $203,608
from the Texas Department of Agriculture and appropriating grant in
the No. 1067 Parks and Recreation Grants Fund for the Latchkey
After School Snack Program.
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute all documents
necessary to accept the grant in the amount of $203,608 from the Texas Department of
Agriculture for the Latchkey After School Snack Program.
SECTION 2. That the $203,608 grant from the Texas Department of Agriculture is
appropriated in the No. 1067 Parks and Recreation Grants Fund for the Latchkey After
School Snack Program.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force immediately after its
adoption by the City Council.
