Ordinance appropriating $763,000 from the estimated program
income revenue in the No. 1066 Health Grants Fund as State fiscal
year 2012 -2013 program income to fund laboratory and public health
services for the period of September 1, 2012 through August 31,
2013.
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas:
SECTION 1. Estimated program income revenue in the amount of $763,000 is
appropriated in the No. 1066 Health Grants Fund as State fiscal year 2012 -2013
program income to fund laboratory and public health services for the period of
September 1, 2012 through August 31, 2013.
