of -way and the relocating and adjusting of utilities within the
project's scope of SH 358 (South Padre Island Drive) from Nile
Drive to Ayers Street, with the City's participation in the amount
of $950,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute an Agreement to
Contribute Right of Way Funds with the Texas Department of Transportation, with the
City's participation in the amount of $950,000, for the acquisition of certain rights-of-way
and the relocating and adjusting of utilities within the project's scope of SH 358 (South
Padre Island Drive) from Nile Drive to Ayers Street.
