not to exceed $25,000, to extend the water line on County Road 52.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or designee, is authorized to execute an Interlocal
Agreement with Nueces County and the Nueces County Water Control and
Improvement District No. 3 in an amount not to exceed $25,000, to extend the water line
on County Road 52.

drawn, and has not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to
