Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute all documents
necessary to accept and appropriate a $140, 220.79 grant from the Texas Department
of Agriculture Texans Feeding Texans Program in the No. 1067 Parks and Recreation
Grants Fund for the FY 2013 Senior Community Services, Elderly Nutrition Program.
