EXTENSION CONSTRUCTION AND REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT
( "AGREEMENT ") WITH I5T INVESTMENTS, LLC ( "DEVELOPER "), FOR
THE CONSTRUCTION OF A DISTRIBUTION WATERLINE AND
APPROPRIATING $26,290.60 FROM THE NO. 4030 WATER
DISTRIBUTION MAIN TRUST FUND TO REIMBURSE THE DEVELOPER
IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE AGREEMENT
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute a
Distribution Main Extension Construction and Reimbursement Agreement ( "Agree-
ment") with I5T Investments, LLC ( "Developer "), for the extension of an 8 -inch
distribution waterline, including all related appurtenances, for development of Lot 2,
Block 13, Airport Industrial Subdivision, Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas.
SECTION 2. Funding in the amount of $26,290.60 is appropriated from the No.
4030 Water Distribution Main Trust Fund to . reimburse the Developer for
construction of the distribution waterline in accordance with the Agreement.
The foregoing ordinance has read for the first time and,'passed to its second reading on
