BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute all documents
necessary to accept a grant in the amount of $85,005 from the Texas Department of
Public Safety, Texas Rangers Division for the FY2013 Local Border Security Program
grant.
SECTION 2. That $85,000 is appropriated in the No 1061 Police Grants Fund from the
the Texas Department of Public Safety, Texas Rangers Division for the FY2013 Local
Border Security Program grant.
