Resolution authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute an
Interlocal Agreement with Texas A &M University — Corpus Christi
regarding Corpus Christi Marina operations
Be it resolved by the City Council of Corpus Christi, Texas;
SECTION 1. That the City Manager or is authorized to execute an Interlocal Agreement
with Texas A &M University — Corpus Christi regarding operations in Corpus Christi
Marina. A copy of the lnterlocal Agreement is on file in the office of the City Secretary.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately after its
adoption by the City Council.
