BE 1T ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute all documents
necessary to accept a grant from the Texas Department of Transportation in the amount
of $23,992.90 for the FY2013 Click It Or Ticket program grant.
SECTION 2. That $23,992.90 from the Texas Department of Transportation is
appropriated in the No. 1061 Police Grants Fund for funding of the Click It or Ticket
(CIOT) Selective Traffic Enforcement Project (STEP) within the Police Department..
