BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The Corpus Christi Nueces County Public Health District is authorized to
waive all permit requirements, including fees and required inspections for participating
children and youth for "Lemonade Day Corpus Christi" scheduled events.
