Trunk System Trust Fund to reimburse Forestar (USA) Real Estate
Group, Inc. ("Developer") for the construction of the Tortuga
Dunes/Zahn Road/Packery Channel wastewater lift station and force
main improvements in accordance with the approved reimbursement
agreement executed with the Developer.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. Funding in the amount of $450,000 is appropriated from the No. 4220
Sanitary Sewer Trunk System Trust Fund to reimburse Forestar (USA) Real Estate
Group, Inc. ("Developer"), for construction of the Tortuga Dunes/Zahn Road/
Packery Channel wastewater lift station and force main improvements in
accordance with the reimbursement agreement approved by the City Council on
March 31, 2009 (Motion 2009-078) and executed with the Developer.
