NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute a Landscape
Maintenance Agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT) for
landscape improvements within the project's scope of SH 358 (South Padre Island
Drive)IFlour Bluff Drive Intersection and SH 358 (South Padre Island Drive) /SH 44
Interchange.
