Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager or designee is authorized to execute a five -year Lease
Agreement with Padre Soccer League for the use of Bill Witt Park for its soccer program. A copy
of the agreement is on file with the City Secretary.
