Resolution authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to execute an
Interlocal Agreement with the Regional Transportation Authority to
increase funding based upon sales tax revenues and provide for a
more efficient process in funding street improvements.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or designee, is authorized to execute an Interlocal
Agreement with the Corpus Christi Regional Transportation Authority to provide funding
for yearly street improvements as outlined in the Interlocal agreement. A copy of the
agreement is attached.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall supersede previous agreements and take effect and
be in full force immediately after its adoption by the City Council.
