BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
Section 1. That the City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute all
documents necessary to acc ept and appropriate a grant in the No. 1067 Parks and
Recreation Grant Fund in the amount of one million five hundred thousand dollars
($1,500,000.00) from the Texas General Land Office — Coastal Impact Assistance
Program (CIAP) — for the construction of the Oso Bay Coastal Environmental Learning
Center.
