Authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to execute an
amendment to the Consolidated Emergency Dispatch Center
Interlocal Agreement between the City of Corpus Christi and Nueces
County to include the City of Driscoll as a participant.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute an
amendment to the Consolidated Emergency Dispatch Center Interlocal Government
Agreement, in compliance with Chapter 791 of the Government Code, between the City
of Corpus Christi and Nueces County to include the City of Driscoll as a participant to
implement a consolidated emergency dispatch center.
