Authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to execute an
amendment to the Radio Communications System Interlocal
Agreement between the City of Corpus Christi, the Regional
Transportation Authority and Nueces County to include the City of
Driscoll as a participant for a public safety radio system.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute an
amendment to the Radio Communications System Interlocal Government Agreement, in
compliance with Chapter 791 of the Government Code, between the City of Corpus
Christi, the Regional Transportation Authority and Nueces County to include the City of
Driscoll as a participant for the operation of an 800 MHz public safety trunked radio
system.
