rights of way and the relocating and adjusting of utilities within the
project's scope of FM 2444 (Staples Street) from SH 286 (Chapman
Ranch Road) to Oso Parkway, with the City's participation in the
amount of $67,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
Section 1. The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute an Agreement to
Contribute Right of Way Funds with the Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT)
for the acquisition of certain rights of way and the relocating and adjusting of utilities
within the project's scope of FM 2444 (Staples Street) from SH 286 (Chapman Ranch
Road) to Oso Parkway.
Section 2. The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute all related
documents necessary to administer said Agreement, including minor amendments
thereto.

drawn, and has not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to
