construction and reimbursement agreement ( "Agreement ") with 5961
HWY 44, LLC ( "Developer "), for the construction of a sanitary sewer
collection line and appropriating $18,710.61 from the No. 4220 Sanitary
Sewer Collection Line Trust Fund to reimburse the Developer in
accordance with the Agreement.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute a sanitary
sewer collection line construction and reimbursement agreement ( "Agreement ") with
5961 HWY 44, LLC ( "Developer "), for the extension of an 8 -inch sanitary sewer
collection line, including all related appurtenances, for the development of Lots 3
and 4, Block 13, Airport Industrial Subdivision, Corpus Christi, Nueces County,
Texas.
SECTION 2. Funding in the amount of $18,710.61 is appropriated from the No.
4220 Sanitary Sewer Collection Line Trust Fund to reimburse the Developer for the
construction of the sanitary sewer collection line improvements in accordance with
the Agreement.
