Collection Line Trust Fund to reimburse N. M. Edificios, LLC,
( "Developer") for the construction of the sanitary sewer collection line
improvements in accordance with the approved reimbursement
agreement executed with the Developer.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. Funding in the amount of $191.607.92 is appropriated from the No.
4220 Sanitary Sewer Collection Line Trust Fund to reimburse N. M. Edificios, LLC
( "Developer "), for construction of the sanitary sewer collection line improvements in
accordance with the reimbursement agreement approved by the City Council on
May 18, 2010 (Motion 2010 -111) and executed with the Developer.
