with Thomas Davis ( "Developer "), for the construction of a wastewater
collection line and appropriating $11,782.50 from the No. 4220
Sanitary Sewer Collection Line Trust Fund to reimburse the Developer
in accordance with the Agreement.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute a waste-
water collection line extension construction and reimbursement agreement
( "Agreement ") with Thomas Davis ( "Developer ") for the extension of an 8 -inch
wastewater collection line, including all related appurtenances, for development of
Lot 2, Block 1, Saxet Industrial, Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas.
SECTION 2. Funding in the amount of $11,782.50 is appropriated from the No.
4220 Sanitary Sewer Collection Line Trust Fund to reimburse the Developer for
construction of the collection line in accordance with the Agreement.
