BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute an interlocal
agreement with San Patricio County in the amount of $11,000 for the services of a
Technical Supervisor to operate the Police Department's breath alcohol testing program
for the twelve month period of January 1, 2014 — December 31, 2014.
