amount of $50,000 from the Texas Department of State Health Services in
the Health Grants Fund No. 1066, to provide funds for the Woman, Infants,
and Children (WIC) Program.
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas:
Section 1: The City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute all documents
necessary to accept and appropriate a grant amendment in the amount of $50,000 from
the Texas Department of State Health Services in the Health Grants Fund No. 1066 to
provide funds for the Women, infants, and Children (WIC) Program. A copy of the
executed amendment shall be filed in the office of the City Secretary.
