Ordinance to authorize the City Manager or designee to execute
contract documents with Texas General Land Office for the North
Beach Nourishment Project, with cost sharing of $75,000 by City of
Corpus Christi and $225,000 Coastal Erosion Planning and Response
Act (CEPRA) funds.
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute contract
documents with Texas General Land Office for the North Beach nourishment project,
with cost sharing of $75,000 by City of Corpus Christi and $225,000 Coastal Erosion
Planning and Response Act (CEPRA) funds.
