five year Lease Agreement with Coinmach Corporation for operation
of laundry facilities at Sunrise Beach RV Park in consideration of fifty
percent of gross receipts.
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute a five year
Lease Agreement with Coinmach Corporation for use of portion of Sunrise Beach RV
Park to operate laundry room facilities in consideration of fifty percent of gross receipts.
A copy of the contract shall be filed with the City Secretary.
That foregoing dinanc was read for the first time and passed to its second reading on this
