Resolution ratifying grant application to US Fish and Wildlife Service
through Texas Parks and Wildlife Department for $502,496.00
Boating Infrastructure Grant for Marina boat slips including 35
transient boat slips.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, that:
Section 1. The City Council hereby ratifies the submission of a grant application to the
US Fish and Wildlife for $502,496.00 Boating Infrastructure Grant for Marina boat slips
including 35 transient boat slips. Should matching funds not be authorized by City
Council in sufficient time for grant acceptance deadlines, then the grant shall be rejected
by the City Manager.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately after its
adoption by the City Council.
