Resolution authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to execute an
Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with Corpus Christi Independent
School District regarding sharing of juvenile records.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, that:
Section 1. The City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute an Interlocal
Cooperation Agreement with the Corpus Christi Independent School District regarding
sharing of juvenile records. A copy of the agreement will be on file in the office of the
City Secretary.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately after its
adoption by the City Council.
