Appropriating $50,000 from the Unreserved Fund Balance in the No. 1020
General Fund for remodeling the City Detention Center to create a safety
vestibule; and changing the FY 2013 -2014 Adopted Annual Operating
Budget adopted by Ordinance No 029915 by increasing expenditures by
$50,000 in the No. 1020 General Fund.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Corpus Christi, Texas, that:
Section 1. That the amount of $50,000 is appropriated from Unreserved Fund Balance
in the No. 1020 General Fund for remodeling the City Detention Center to create a
safety vestibule.
Section 2. That the FY2013 -2014 Operating Budget adopted by Ordinance No. 029915
is changed by increasing expenditures by $50,000 in the No. 1020 General Fund.
