BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute an
Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with Texas A &M University - Corpus Christi
(TAMU -CC) in connection with the City of Corpus Christi Municipal Separate
Storm Sewer System (MS4) Texas Pollutant Discharge Elimination System
(TPDES) Permit.
