FOR USE OF CITY PROPERTY BY REPEAT SPECIAL EVENTS.
Whereas Article IX Section 1 of the City Charter provides in part that the City Council may, by
ordinance, grant, or authorize an officer or employee to grant leases, licenses or use privileges
of City property upon such terms and with the impositions of conditions that the Council may
elect;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
Section 1. That the City Manager or the City Manager's designee is authorized to execute
agreements for use of City property for repeat special events, when the terms and conditions
are consistent with the terms and conditions in the document most recently approved by City
Council for that particular special event.
The foregoing ordinance was read for the first time and passed to its second reading on this the
