Authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute all documents necessary to
accept an annual allocation payment from the State of Texas - Law Enforcement
Officer Standards and Education Account in the amount of $29,600.43; and
appropriating funds from the State of Texas - Law Enforcement Officer Standards
and Education Account in the amount of $29,600.43 in the No. 1061 Police Grants
Fund for training of police personnel and purchase of training equipment.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute all documents necessary to
accept annual allocation payment from the State of Texas — Law Enforcement Officer Standards
and Education Account in the amount of $29,600.43.
SECTION 2. That $29,600.43 from the State of Texas — Law Enforcement Officer Standards and
Education Account is appropriated in the No. 1061 Police Grants Fund for training of police
personnel and purchase of training equipment.
