A one -year agreement be approved with Nueces County for
maintenance services not exceeding $45,000 on the portion of the
public beach at Padre Island recently annexed including trash
receptacles, trash pickup, beach cleaning and beach maintenance on a
year -round basis and lifeguards, lifeguard stations and portable
restrooms from September 1 through September 15, 1982 and May 17
through August 31, 1983.
