AGREEMENT WITH YORKTOWN OSO JOINT VENTURE
( "DEVELOPER "), TO REIMBURSE THE DEVELOPER UP TO
$67,952.92 FOR THE CITY'S SHARE OF THE COST TO EXTEND
RANCHO VISTA BOULEVARD, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute a
developer participation agreement ( "Agreement ") with Yorktown Oso Joint Ventures,
( "Developer "), for the CITY's portion of the cost of Rancho Vista Boulevard,
including all related appurtenances, for development of Rancho Vista Subdivision,
Unit 9, Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas.

not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to annual appropriation
