Authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute an Interlocal
Agreement with Nueces County to allow the Police Department use of
seventy -eight (78) body cameras acquired by the County as part of a grant
for Violence Against Woman for a period of one year.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute an Interlocal
Agreement with Nueces County to allow the Police Department use of seventy -eight
(78) body cameras acquired by the County as part of a grant for Violence Against
Woman for a period of one year.
