Understanding with Guadalupe - Blanco River Authority for joint development of
water supply projects.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, that:
Section 1. The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute a Memorandum of
Understanding with Guadalupe- Blanco River Authority. A copy of the MOU will be on file in
the Office of the City Secretary.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately after its adoption by
the City Council.
