authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to execute an amendment to the
Radio Communications System Interlocal Agreement between the City of Corpus
Christi, the Regional Transportation Authority and Nueces County to include the
Nueces County Emergency Services District #4 as a participant.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute an
amendment to the Radio Communications System Interlocal Govemment Agreement, in
compliance with Chapter 791 of the Govemment Code, between the City of Corpus
Christi, the Regional Transportation Authority and Nueces County to include the Nueces
County Emergency Services District #4 as a participant.
