BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. The City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute a wastewater collection line extension construction and reimbursement agreement ("Agreement") with The John G. and Marie Stella Kenedy Foundation, ("Developer"), for the extension of an 8-inch wastewater collection line, including all related appurtenances, for the development of Lot 1, Block 1, Kenedy Subdivision, in Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas. SECTION 2. Funding in the amount of $12,819.36 is appropriated from the No. 4220 Sanitary Sewer Collection Line Trust Fund to reimburse the Developer for the construction of the wastewater collection line improvements in accordance with the Agreement.
