ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE NO. 029916 BY ACCELERATING FUNDING FOR
THE MARY RHODES PIPELINE PHASE 2 IN THE AMOUNT OF $14,000,000
FROM FISCAL YEAR 2015 TO FISCAL YEAR 2014; AND INCREASING
EXPENDITURES IN THE AMOUNT OF $14,000,000.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The FY 2014 Capital Improvement Budget adopted by Ordinance No. 029916 is
amended to add $14,000,000 from Fiscal Year 2015 to Fiscal Year 2014 to the Mary Rhodes
Pipeline Phase 2 project.
SECTION 2. The FY 2014 Capital Improvement Budget adopted by Ordinance No. 029916 is
amended to increase expenditures in the amount of $14,000,000 to the Mary Rhodes Pipeline
Phase 2 project.
