Appropriating $5,000,000 from the Federal Aviation Administration
Grant No. 3-48-0051-052-2014 in the No. 3020 Airport Capital
Improvement Fund to rehabilitate Taxiways D, E, F, and G and
construct Taxiways H and J at Corpus Christi International Airport;
changing the FY 2014-2015 Capital Budget adopted by Ordinance No.
030303 by increasing revenues and expenditures by$5,000,000 each.
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas:
SECTION 1.A grant in the amount of$5,000,000 from the Federal Aviation Administration
Grant No. 3-48-0051-052-2014 is appropriated in the No. 3020 Airport Capital
Improvement Fund to rehabilitate Taxiways D, E, F and G and construct Taxiways H and
J at Corpus Christi International Airport.
SECTION 2.The fiscal year 2014-2015 Capital Budget adopted by Ordinance No. 030303
is amended by increasing revenues and expenditures by$5,000,000 each.

I,the Director of Financial Services of the City of Corpus Christi,Texas(or his/her duly authorized
representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officers that the money
required for the current fiscal year's portion of the contract, agreement, obligation or
expenditure described below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from
which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments
are subject to annual appropriation by the City Council.
