3. The City Manager be authorized to apply for financial assistance from
the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department for the development of
Middlecoff, Jackson and Turtle Cove Parks for public outdoor
recreation purposes and to execute all documents necessary to
implement the grant if it is approved.
