Delinquency Prevention Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task
Force program, in the amount of$19,800 to purchase equipment, supplies,
and training travel for the ICAC program within the Police Department; and
appropriating the $19,800 in the No. 1061 Police Grants Fund.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute all
documents necessary to accept a grant from the Office of Juvenile Justice and
Delinquency Prevention Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC)Task Force
program, in the amount of$19,800 to purchase equipment, supplies, and training
travel for the ICAC program within the Police Department.
SECTION 2. That $$19,800 is appropriated from the Office of Juvenile Justice
and Delinquency Prevention Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force
Program in the No. 1061 Police Grants Fund to purchase equipment, supplies,
and training travel for the ICAC program within the Police Department.
