seven month lease agreement with Corpus Christi Regional
Transportation Authority for the use of property bounded by
Leopard, Sam Rankin, Mestina and Josephine Streets, for a
temporary bus transfer station.
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute a
seven month lease agreement with Corpus Christi Regional Transportation
Authority for the use of property bounded by Leopard, Sam Rankin, Mestina, and
Josephine Streets, for a temporary bus transfer station. A copy of the Agreement
is on file with the City Secretary.
That the foregoing ordin, n�ce was rad for the first time d passed to its second
