agreement with the Corpus Christi Convention and Visitors Bureau
("CCCVB") for 2015 Fiesta de la Flor event and related activities to be held
on April 17, 2015 and April 18, 2015, and allow use of City property
including the Bayfront Park located along Shoreline Blvd. between Resaca
Street and Power Street.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute a lease
agreement with the Corpus Christi Convention and Visitors Bureau to conduct the 2015
Fiesta de la Flor event and related activities. The Agreement allows use of City property
including the Bayfront park located along Shoreline Blvd. between Resaca Street and Power
Street, and provides for CCCVB payment of costs for City services provided for the event. A
copy of the Agreement is on file with the City Secretary.
