Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute all documents
necessary to accept a grant in the amount of $166,173 from the Texas Department of
Agriculture and appropriating grant in the No. 1067 Parks and Recreation Grants Fund
for the Latchkey After School Snack Program.
That the foregoing ordin�ce was read for the first tim and passed to its second
