documents necessary to request continued financial assistance for
beach cleaning and maintenance on North Padre Island and Mustang
Island during FY 2015-2016 under the Texas General Land Office's
Beach Cleaning and Maintenance Assistance Program.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute all
documents necessary to apply for continued financial assistance for cleaning and
maintaining beaches under the City's jurisdiction on North Padre Island and
Mustang Island during FY 2015-2016 under the Texas General Land Office's
Beach Cleaning and Maintenance Assistance Program.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately after its
adoption by the City Council.
